Dr. Venessa "V" Madrigal is a licensed naturopathic doctor in Oregon.

They can only have appointments with residents of this state. 

 

Insurance accepted for Oregon. Patients are responsible for knowing their naturopathic medicine insurance benefits.

 

Dr. Madrigal also offers a cash pay option for residents in OR who do not have insurance or have an insurance plan that Dr. Madrigal does not accept. Please call or text for cash rates.

For LENS Neurofeedback: some non-Medicaid insurance plans cover the billing code, some only cover for certain diagnoses, some will only cover for a certain number of visits (typically only 10), and some do not cover it. If your plan does not cover the billing code, it's an additional $40/session.

• OR Medicaid: CareOregon, OpenCard

• • for LENS: no additional fee as this *is* a covered service.​

• For those with other Medicaid plans: patient to complete Client Agreement to Pay for Health Services and pay for the non-covered services out of pocket. Form would need to be filled out before each visit. ​
